The Late Night Concert is something new at Transit. And what could be better late at night than revelling in the hypnotic sound of drones combined with sine waves and six instruments feeling their way through frequencies determined with extreme precision for over an hour? The young American composer Randy Gibson learned the power of drones from super-minimalist La Monte Young and does his very own daring things with them.
